Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brain Chores, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Brain Chores is a free memory training game where players memorize and recall tile patterns to increase water temperature. The App includes pattern training gameplay, progress tracking, in-game currency (coins) earned through gameplay, power-ups purchasable with in-game coins, and optional Game Center integration.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Install and use the App on your personal devices.

Play the game and earn in-game rewards.

Use Game Center features (optional).

You may not modify, reverse engineer, use the App for commercial purposes, hack or exploit the App, or create derivative works.

In-Game Currency

Coins are virtual currency earned through gameplay. Coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money. Power-ups are purchased using in-game coins and provide temporary gameplay advantages. The App is completely free with no in-app purchases using real money.

Game Center

If you choose to use Game Center, you must comply with Apple’s Game Center Terms of Service. Your Game Center profile is managed by Apple.

Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including graphics, design, game mechanics, text, sounds, and animations, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements, be available at all times, or be free from errors.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (which is zero, as the App is free).

Privacy

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device. We do not collect personal information or share data with third parties.

Updates and Modifications

We may release updates to improve the App and modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. We reserve the right to discontinue the App or terminate your access for violation of these Terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns, please contact us to attempt to resolve the issue informally. These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, and any legal action will be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction.
